GUEST SAFETY
Due to COVID-19, we've made important modifications to our amenities and services. In addition to our rigorous standard housekeeping routines, we've increased the frequency of our cleaning and have put in place additional measures to ensure the safety of our guests.
CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
We are striving to minimize physical contact during the check-in and check-out processes. Entry to reserved rooms will be provided via a digital Bluetooth key on the guest’s mobile phone. Please monitor your email inbox carefully in the days preceding your stay for mobile key download instructions and *required e-documents for signing.
*To be granted hotel access, guests MUST complete a State-sanctioned certificate attesting they are from a county approved for Vermont travel and/or have completed a pre-travel quarantine, along with meeting other COVID-19 safety guidelines. See https://accd.vermont.gov/covid-19/restart/cross-state-travel for details. Download the certificate HERE.
Upon arrival in Vermont, it is strongly recommended that out-of-state guests register with the Department of Health's Sara Alert to get two weeks of daily reminders via text, email or phone to check for common symptoms of COVID-19.
SAFETY DURING YOUR STAY
Masks must be worn at all times in hotel common areas. Please come equipped. If a guest does not have their own mask or requires additional, they are available for purchase on site.
6-foot social distancing guidelines apply in all hotel common areas.
To minimize contact, we are no longer providing daily housekeeping in guestrooms. Fresh linens, towels and amenities can be provided upon request.
Certain amenities have been removed from guestrooms, including extra pillows, extra blankets, pens, note pads, and ice buckets. Guests can ask for these items if required during their stay.
DISINFECTION AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS
Public spaces will undergo frequent cleaning, with extra focus on disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
Hand sanitizer stations are located throughout the hotel for your use and convenience.
Hotel rooms are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between guests, following COVID-19 protocols set out by National and State regulatory bodies.
FACILITIES, AMENITIES AND DINING
The hotel hot tub and sauna are closed.
Our indoor pool and fitness room is open with State-directed capacity limits.
Regretfully, please further note that our onsite restaurant is closed.
