We serve over 80 varieties of 12 inch sweet and hearty Dutch Pancakes. Dutch pancakes are specially prepared, crepe-like pancakes with a variety of ingredients baked in. Pancakes range from apples, cinnamon and bacon to chocolate chip with cream to shredded potato, onion and cheese.
Traditional breakfast, childrens menu and brunch items are also always available.

Of Special Interest
The Dutch Pancake Cafe is proud to support our local food producers, from Green Mountain Coffee Roasters to Vermont Smoke & Cure sausages and bacon. Our eggs are delivered daily from two miles up the road. We believe in serving our guests the finest and freshest Vermont has to offer.
In Holland a molasses sugar cane syrup called "Stroop" which is less sweet than maple syrup is used instead. We use a blend as our house syrup. Pure Stroop is available upon request.
Pure maple syrup in a decorative glass container is available for a small surcharge. You can also top off your pancake with chocolate sauce, butterscotch sauce or warm strawberry sauce.
