General Notes
All rooms and public areas are non-smoking, a $55.00 cleaning fee is charged for smoking in our rooms. Smoking is only permitted outside. Sorry, we do not allow pets. All rooms are subject to 10% Vermont Rooms and Meals Tax and 8.5% service fee. All rooms & suites are based on single or double occupancy, condos are based on entire unit. Additional occupant fees are $20.00 adults and teens, and $5.00 for children 12 and younger. Check in time is 4:00 PM and check out time is 11:00 AM. Guests enjoy a 25% discount on breakfast in The Dutch Pancake Cafe.
Deposit, Cancellation & Payment policies
A one night's deposit by credit card is required on all reservations. All deposits will guarantee the entire period reserved. Please note, the deposit will be forfeited and will not be credited to your account should you arrive a day or more late or depart a day or more early from your scheduled reservation. This policy has been standardized in the area for the mutual benefit of guests and innkeepers. For deposit refund, cancellation notice is required at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival. A $20.00 minimum administrative service charge will be assessed on all refunded deposits. We recommend you purchase travel insurance to protect your funds. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. All rates and policies are subject to change without notice.
